How these are written
By someone who has stood in the room, not by someone who has read about it. Short paragraphs, no jargon, and it should be readable standing up on a phone in a corridor — which is where most owners actually read anything.
Where there is arithmetic, the numbers are yours, not mine. I show the shape of the sum and you put your own figures in. Where I do not know something, I say so rather than rounding it into a statistic.
Want the next one when it lands? There is no mailing list yet, and I am not going to fake one with a box that goes nowhere. Write me a line and you will be on the short list of people who get told.
In the meantime
If you came here to work out whether any of this is for you, the faster route is not an article. It is a look at what the Suite actually does, or at how it is put together for your kind of venue.
Or just ask.
Fifteen minutes on how your week actually goes. We map where the time and money leak out and name the two things worth fixing first — even if that turns out to be nothing we sell.
