What this site is
gostino.app is a description of software for hospitality venues. Reading it, clicking through it or writing to us does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. Nothing on this site is an offer in the legal sense.
The site is under construction. Parts of it describe tools at different stages — some running in a real venue today, some being built. Before anything is switched on for you, we sit down and say plainly which is which, in writing. If a page here ever reads as a promise, treat this sentence as the correction.
What it is not
It is not the agreement for the software. Using Gostino in a venue runs on a separate service agreement, which covers price, term, availability, support, who owns which data and what happens when either side wants to stop. You will read that document before you sign it, and nothing on this website replaces it or overrides it.
Accuracy
We write what we believe to be true and correct what turns out not to be. Prices, capabilities and descriptions can change while the product is being built, and figures shown in examples are examples — not a forecast of what your venue will earn or save.
Availability
This is a website, not a utility. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for reasons at our hosting provider, or because something broke. We do not promise it will always be up, and we are not liable for what you could not read while it was down.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, illustrations, icons and code of this site belong to Gostino. You are welcome to quote it with attribution and a link, and to share it. You may not copy it wholesale to present it as your own. Names and marks of other companies mentioned here belong to those companies.
Links out
Where we link to another site, we are pointing at it, not vouching for it. What happens on the other side of a link is that site's responsibility and governed by its own terms.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of what you read here — which is another way of saying: before you change how your venue runs, talk to us, and let us tell you what it actually does.
Law
Slovenian law applies, and nothing here removes rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be signed away.
