This page describes this website — gostino.app and www.gostino.app. The Gostino software that venues log into is a separate system with its own data agreement, signed before any venue data goes near it.
What this site collects about you
Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising network, no fingerprinting and no profiling. We do not know who you are, we do not know you came back, and we cannot follow you to the next site you open.
The one thing stored in your browser
If you close the "site under construction" notice, a single entry is written into your own browser's local storage so the notice does not reappear for twelve hours. It contains a timestamp and nothing else. It never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The assistant on the home page
The chat window on the home page is a demonstration. Its answers are written into the page itself and chosen in your browser. What you type there is not sent anywhere, not stored, and not seen by us — it disappears the moment you close the tab.
What our hosting provider sees
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server on earth, it processes the technical details of a request — IP address, time, page requested, browser type — in order to deliver the page and to defend against attacks. That is Cloudflare acting as our hosting provider under its own data processing terms. We do not build reports from it and we do not connect it to anything else.
If you write to us
If you send an e-mail, we keep it — the message, your address and whatever you put in it — for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. We do not pass it to anyone.
Fonts
The typefaces are served from this domain. Your browser fetches them from gostino.app and from nowhere else, so no third party — Google included — learns that you opened this page. That is the point: as it stands, loading this site makes requests to exactly one company's servers, and you are already reading that company's privacy page.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, ask for a copy, and object to its processing. In practice, for a visitor to this site, the answer to the first question is almost always "none". Write to dreamfluxartstudio@gmail.com and you will get an answer the same day.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), and in any other EU country the authority where you live.
